This Privacy Policy explains how AI Metadata Cleaner handles information when you use the website, its image metadata tools, contact forms, and related pages.

Image Processing

The intended product design is browser-first processing. Where a tool processes an image entirely on your device, the image does not need to be uploaded to our application server for that operation.

The production website must display a clear notice before any feature that sends an image to a remote server. This policy must be updated if the implementation changes.

Even when image bytes stay local, your browser still interacts with the website to load application code, fonts, scripts, styles, and other resources. Standard network requests can expose technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request time to the website host or approved service providers.

Metadata You Choose to Inspect

When local processing is used, detected metadata should remain inside the browser session unless a feature explicitly says otherwise. The site should not silently transmit extracted GPS coordinates, prompts, EXIF fields, C2PA manifests, or other metadata to analytics services.

Contact Form Information

If you contact us, we may receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, subject, message, and optional technical details. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, protect the service, and improve documentation.

Do not send sensitive photos, passwords, government identifiers, private keys, or confidential client files through a general contact form.

Analytics and Cookies

The website may use privacy-conscious analytics or standard website analytics to understand aggregate traffic, page performance, device categories, and usage patterns. If Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising services, or other third-party measurement tools are enabled, the live Privacy Policy and consent behavior must identify those services accurately.

Do not state that the site uses no cookies if advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, or consent tools set cookies or similar identifiers.
